本文為FIVB公告英文版2022-2024排球規則修改表，FIVB尚未公告新版本規則全文，本內容解讀皆屬denniswu個人心得，不代表任何單位官方立場。

因東京奧運延後舉辦，原2017-2020版規則繼續沿用，新版本規則FIVB預計於2022年1月1日實施。

總論：
- 修正自由球員可以擔任球隊隊長或比賽隊長
- 修正被驅逐之球員可以使用例外替補
- 修正可以將完整記錄台後方的球擊回而非只有記錄台己方側的一半
- 修正攔網者與攻擊者可以在攻擊方側同時觸球

R 1.4.6
刪除
【說明】刪除懲罰區。

The Liberos can be either team or game captain.
自由球員可以擔任球隊或比賽隊長。
【說明】重要變更，自由球員可以擔任隊長。

R 7.4.3.1

each back-row player must be level with or have at least a part of one foot further from the centre line than the front foot of the corresponding front-row player;
每一個後排球員必須有一足的一部分較其相對的前排球員之前足並排或更遠離中線
【說明】較原先規定稍微寬鬆一點，允許並排。

R 7.4.3.2
each right (left) side player must be level with or have at least a part of one foot closer to the right (left) side line than the feet further from the right (left) side line of the other players in that row.
每一個右(左)側球員必須有一足的一部分較其同排離右(左)側邊更遠球員之足並排或更接近右(左)側邊線
【說明】較原先規定稍微寬鬆一點，允許並排。

R 9
Each team must play within its own playing area and space (except Rule 10.1.2). The ball may, however, be retrieved from beyond its own free zone and over the scoring table in its complete extension.
但是球可以從己方無障礙區以外及越過完整記錄台其後延伸處將球打回
【說明】重要變更，較原先規則寬鬆，可以將完整記錄台後方的球擊回而非只有記錄台己方側的一半。

R 14.6.1
The blocker touches the ball in the OPPONENT’S space before the opponent’s attack hit
在對方球員擊球之前，攔網球員在對方空間內觸球
【說明】重要變更，較原先規則寬鬆，允許攔網者與攻擊者可以在攻擊方空間同時觸球，不視為攔網犯規(原規則同時觸球視為犯規)。

R 15.2.4
It is not permitted to request any regular game interruption after having had a request rejected and sanctioned by a delay warning during the same interruption (i.e. before the end of next completed rally).
在請求被拒絕並被處罰延誤警告後的同一中止期間(即在下一個完整一球完成前)，不允許請求任何合法的比賽中止。
【說明】新增條文，原先僅寫在guidelines內，本次改版將文字加入正式規則內。

R 15.4.1
For FIVB World and Official Competitions the length of the Time Outs could be adjusted if the FIVB approves such request based on a request from the Organizer.
FIVB世界性及其所認可的比賽內之暫停長度可以在主辦方要求且FIVB同意下進行調整
【說明】修正條文，取消技術暫停之正式規定，改為各賽會主辦方向FIVB請求同意後調整。

R 15.8
An EXPELLED or DISQUALIFIED player must be substituted immediately through a legal substitution. If this is not possible, the team has the right to do an exceptional substitution. If this is not possible, the team is declared INCOMPLETE.
被判驅逐或取消資格的球員，必須以合法的方式進行替補，如果已無合法替補之可能，該隊有權進行例外替補。若是無例外替補之可能，則應判該隊為陣容不完整。
【說明】重要變更，允許被驅逐或取消資格之球員可以在無合法替補狀況下使用例外替補，不會馬上被判陣容不完整，讓比賽有機會繼續進行下去。

R 19.2
Both Liberos can be in uniforms different from each other and from the rest of the team.
兩位自由球員的比賽服可以與彼此與其他球員不同
【說明】修正條文，放寬自由球員比賽服的規定，可兩人不相同。

R 21.3.2.1
A team member who is sanctioned by expulsion shall not participate for the rest of the set, must go to the team’s dressing room until the completion of the ongoing set with no other consequences.
An expelled coach loses his/her right to intervene in the set and must go to the team’s dressing room until the completion of the ongoing set.
球隊成員被驅逐出局後，不可以參加該局剩餘的比賽，必須去球隊更衣室直到該局完成，無其他判罰。
被驅逐的教練，喪失該局之教練權，必須去球隊更衣室直到該局完成。
【說明】因應R 1.4.6取消懲罰區之修正條文，被驅逐之成員必須去球隊更衣室。

R 21.3.3.1
A team member who is sanctioned by disqualification must be substituted legally/exceptionally and immediately if on court and must go to the team’s dressing room for the rest of the match with no other consequences.
球隊成員被取消資格後，如果在場上則必須馬上被合法/例外替補，且必須去球隊更衣室直到比賽結束，無其他判罰
【說明】因應R 1.4.6取消懲罰區之修正條文，被取消資格之成員必須去球隊更衣室。
